Refund policy
Because all customized products are made specifically to your specifications, we do not offer refunds or returns on items that have been personalized, printed, or engraved.
To protect your order, we provide a digital proof for approval before production begins. Once the proof is approved, the order is considered final and production starts immediately.
If there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will of course correct the issue or replace the affected items.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Replacements of goods
We will notify you once we’ve confirmed and inspected your return. If approved, we will automatically replace the defective items on your original order within 10 business days.
